  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, pear, shredded carrots, walnuts, and dried cranberries. Toss to mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, caramel sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
