  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce (plus extra for serving)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and coat it evenly with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and return to the oven until melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
