- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup your favorite burger sauce (such as Thousand Island or ranch)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, layer the mixed salad greens as the base.
- Top with the cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar cheese, avocado, and pickles.
- Drizzle with burger sauce before serving. Toss gently to combine if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a refreshing option.
