Description
Chocolate Babka Parfaits are a decadent dessert made with layers of chocolate babka, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, topped with chocolate chips and nuts.

- 2 cups chocolate babka, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the chocolate babka cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding over the babka cubes, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon a layer of the whipped cream mixture on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) over the whipped cream layer.
- Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
- Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using vanilla or coffee-flavored pudding instead of chocolate.
- Substitute the chocolate babka with another type of sweet bread or cake, such as cinnamon roll or pound cake, for a unique twist.
