Description

A creamy and delicious pasta dish featuring tender steak strips, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with chicken broth.
  • You can also add sautéed vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
