- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup cornmeal or breadcrumbs (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small mounds of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Lightly brush the tops of the mounds with olive oil and then sprinkle cornmeal or breadcrumbs over each mound to create a crispy coating.
