- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon nori flakes (dried seaweed)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, sea salt, nori flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy and slightly browned, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, try adding a sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs before roasting.
- You can also substitute the nori flakes with grated Parmesan cheese for a different flavor profile.
