- 2 large eggs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (optional for thickening)

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- If you prefer a thicker soup, stir in the cornstarch mixture and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce the heat to low. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring gently to create thin ribbons.
- Add the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
