  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter, mixing until well combined.
  3. Stir in the honey, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then mix in the flour and cinnamon (if using) until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
