Ingredients

- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 2 cups diced honeydew melon
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups diced strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, honeydew melon, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey (if using) until well combined.
- Drizzle the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
- Add the chopped mint and toss lightly again to incorporate.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
