- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, immediately sprinkle the fries with sesame seeds and toss gently to combine.
- If desired, drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For extra crunch, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and baking.
