Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, cottage cheese, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
