Description

A refreshing summer cocktail made with strawberries and chamomile tea, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup chamomile tea, brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup (or honey)
  • 1 cup club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges and fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and cooled chamomile tea. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry-chamomile mixture, fresh lime juice, tequila, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
  4. Top each glass with club soda and gently stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For a refreshing twist, try adding a splash of grapefruit juice for extra citrus flavor.
  • You can also substitute the tequila with vodka for a different spirit option.
