- 2 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, and torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it on top of the salad.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavors before serving.
