- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a separate pitcher, mix the lemonade and maraschino cherry juice until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the lemonade mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the whipped pink lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a cherry on top before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a tangy twist.
