- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
- Surround the feta with the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes before baking.
