  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
