Instructions
- Brew chamomile tea according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely. You can chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, chilled chamomile tea, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and almond milk.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
