  • 2 ripe bananas frozen
  • 1 cup brewed chamomile tea chilled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Method
 

  1. Brew chamomile tea according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely. You can chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, chilled chamomile tea, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and almond milk.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
