Ingredients

- 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen spinach, banana, almond milk, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more frozen spinach or a bit of ice.
- If you want a creamier texture, add Greek yogurt and blend again until fully incorporated.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Top with granola, mixed berries, chia seeds, and fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes
- For a tropical twist, add 1/2 cup of frozen mango or pineapple to the blender.
