Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen spinach, banana, almond milk, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more frozen spinach or a bit of ice.
  2. If you want a creamier texture, add Greek yogurt and blend again until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola, mixed berries, chia seeds, and fresh mint leaves if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing smoothie bowl!
