Instructions
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- If you prefer a chilled drink, add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed and the drink is frosty.
- Pour the creamy orange coconut mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
