Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the brown sugar mixture.
In the same skillet with the reserved bacon grease, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken tenders and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken tenders to the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the cooked bacon on top of the tenders.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
