Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 French baguette sliced
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, chopped walnuts, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spoon the walnut mixture over the top of the Brie, spreading it evenly.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  7. While the Brie is baking, lightly toast the sliced baguette in a skillet or oven until golden brown.
  8. Remove the Brie from the oven and let it cool for a minute before serving.
  9. Serve warm with the toasted baguette slices for dipping.
