Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, chopped walnuts, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Spoon the walnut mixture over the top of the Brie, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
While the Brie is baking, lightly toast the sliced baguette in a skillet or oven until golden brown.
Remove the Brie from the oven and let it cool for a minute before serving.
Serve warm with the toasted baguette slices for dipping.
