Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden-brown top.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
