In a medium bowl, mix all the secret sauce ingredients until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
Season the beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
To assemble the wraps, lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of the secret sauce in the center of the tortilla.
Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
For best results, serve immediately or wrap in foil and keep warm in a low oven (around 200°F) until ready to serve.
