Method
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, blackberries, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again briefly to combine.
- Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh blackberries.
