Ingredients

For the Base
  • 2 cups water Substitution: use flavored soda for added taste.
  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O mix Substitution: can swap for grape or orange for unique colors and flavors.
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream-flavored vodka Substitution: use flavored soda or fruit juice for a non-alcoholic version.
For the Creaminess
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping Substitution: fresh whipped cream is not recommended; coconut cream can provide a tropical twist.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • Pour spout or ladle
  • Shot glasses

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of water with 6 oz of strawberry Jell-O mix. Using a whisk, stir gently for about 2–3 minutes until the Jell-O is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour in 3/4 cup of whipped cream-flavored vodka into the dissolved Jell-O mixture. Stir thoroughly for another 1–2 minutes to fully integrate the vodka.
  3. Gently fold in 2 cups of frozen whipped topping to the Jell-O and vodka mixture using a spatula, stirring until no lumps remain.
  4. Fill your clear shot glasses with the prepared Jell-O mixture, filling each about three-quarters full. This should take about 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the filled shot glasses with plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container, then refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Once fully set, remove the shot glasses from the refrigerator. Garnish with candy eyeballs or sprinkles if desired. Serve and enjoy!
