  • 2 fillets Branzino Fillets Substitutable with tilapia or snapper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

For the Citrus Olive Salsa
  • 1 cup Green Olives Castelvetrano preferred
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 small Shallot Diced; can substitute red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Can substitute with lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Orange Zest Omit if short on time
  • 1 clove Crushed Garlic Can substitute with minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to your spice preference
For Garnish
  • 2 slices Lemon
  • 2 slices Orange

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced green olives, finely chopped parsley, cilantro, and diced shallot. Drizzle in olive oil and fresh lemon juice, then add grated orange zest and crushed garlic. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes before tossing all ingredients together until well mixed. Allow the salsa to sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Pat the branzino fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Choose your cooking method: Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes; bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes followed by broiling; or pan-fry in a skillet for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove branzino from heat, plate the fillets, and top with citrus olive salsa. Garnish with lemon and orange slices.
