  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup your favorite burger sauce such as Thousand Island or ranch

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, layer the mixed salad greens as the base.
  4. Top with the cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar cheese, avocado, and pickles.
  5. Drizzle with burger sauce before serving. Toss gently to combine if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a refreshing option.
