Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Allow pizza dough to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Dust a lightly floured surface.
  3. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch rope.
  4. Snip each end about one inch deep and gently pull apart to make them look like bones.
  5. Arrange breadsticks on baking sheets with space in between.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until light golden color.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and bake for another 5-7 minutes until melted.
  9. Let the breadsticks cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before serving.
