Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 ounces ham sliced
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  7. Using a sharp knife, make a few slits on top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
