- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, celery seed, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to your preference. Set the dressing aside.
- Cut the green cabbage and red cabbage into thin strips, approximately 1/8" to 1/4" thick. Fill a large mixing bowl with the freshly shredded cabbage.
