  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over the top, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.
