Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll each ball in the crushed cornflakes until fully coated.
Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
