Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded rotisserie chicken, enchilada sauce, green chiles, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded Pepper Jack cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly across the bottom of a greased baking dish. Layer flour tortillas over the mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining shredded Pepper Jack cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
