  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon nori flakes dried seaweed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, sea salt, nori flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy and slightly browned, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
