Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 2 ears of corn cut into thirds
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup old bay seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large crock pot, add the baby potatoes and corn. Pour in the water and sprinkle the old bay seasoning over the top. Add the minced garlic and lemon slices. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  3. After the potatoes and corn are cooked, add the shrimp and crab legs to the crock pot. Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Carefully remove the seafood and vegetables from the crock pot using a slotted spoon. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
