  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Chutney
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Sev
  • 1/2 cup Masala Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the Puff Pastry by removing it from the freezer and allowing it to sit for about 30-45 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling by heating oil in a medium pan, add Dabeli masala, and sauté for 30 seconds. Mix in water and mashed potatoes. Cook for 5-6 minutes until warm.
  3. Form the Swirls by rolling out the pastry, spreading filling, and cutting into strips to twist into spirals.
  4. Bake the Swirls at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush tops with milk.
  5. Serve with Toppings like chutneys, onions, sev, peanuts, and pomegranate.
