  • 2 green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. If you prefer a thicker soup, stir in the cornstarch mixture and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Reduce the heat to low. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring gently to create thin ribbons.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
