  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the tiger shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
