Cut four pieces of aluminum foil, each large enough to wrap an ear of corn completely.
Place one ear of corn in the center of each piece of foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
If using, sprinkle chopped parsley over the corn for added flavor and color.
Wrap each ear of corn tightly in the foil, making sure to seal the edges to prevent any steam from escaping.
Place the foil packets directly on the grill grates and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender.
Carefully remove the packets from the grill using tongs and let them cool for a few minutes before unwrapping.
