Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sweetened red beans
  • 1 cup sweetened jackfruit sliced
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut strips
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup leche flan cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup ube ice cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup toasted rice flakes optional
  • Fresh fruit or additional toppings optional

Method
 

  1. In a tall glass or bowl, layer the sweetened red beans at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of sweetened jackfruit on top of the beans.
  3. Next, layer the sweetened coconut strips.
  4. Spoon the crushed ice over the layered ingredients until the glass is almost full.
  5. Add the leche flan cubes on top of the ice.
  6. Scoop the ube ice cream over the leche flan.
  7. Drizzle the evaporated milk over the ice cream and the layers below.
  8. Finish with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk for added sweetness.
  9. If using, sprinkle toasted rice flakes on top for a crunchy texture.
  10. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the delightful mix of flavors and textures.
