- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until silky.
- Start layering in serving cups with 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture, followed by 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling, and half of the cherry pie filling. Repeat layers and finish with cherry pie filling on top.
- Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
