For the Topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until silky.
  3. Start layering in serving cups with 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture, followed by 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling, and half of the cherry pie filling. Repeat layers and finish with cherry pie filling on top.
  4. Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
