Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pizza Eggs
  1. Begin by heating a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add half of the shredded cheese and allow it to melt for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. While the cheese melts, crack the large eggs into a bowl. Use a whisk to beat the eggs until they're smooth and homogenous.
  3. Once the cheese is bubbling, gently pour the whisked eggs over the melted cheese in the skillet and cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. After the eggs are nicely cooked on the bottom, carefully flip the entire egg-cheese combination over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread a generous layer of passata over one half of the flipped eggs, sprinkle with salami, followed by the remaining cheese. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
