- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering and fragrant.
- Add garlic flakes and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until garlic is golden.
- Drain cooked spaghetti, reserving a cup of pasta water. Add spaghetti to the skillet and toss in the garlic-infused oil.
- If needed, add reserved pasta water gradually until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Sprinkle in dried parsley, black pepper, and salt to taste. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately, with optional garnishes of Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley.
