Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 2 cups diced honeydew melon
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, honeydew melon, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey (if using) until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  4. Add the chopped mint and toss lightly again to incorporate.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
