Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the peanut butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the sugar mixture; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until incorporated.
  6. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden along the edges; let cool for 3-5 minutes.
  9. Press a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into the center of each cookie, then pipe chocolate legs and attach candy eyes.
