Step-by-Step Instructions for Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and the large egg. Mix well until fully blended.
- Fold in the chopped pecans into your filling mixture. Stir gently until all the nuts are evenly coated.
- Unroll the Pillsbury crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of pecan filling onto the widest end of each triangle and roll towards the narrow end.
- Place the assembled rolls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes until they set slightly.
