Preheat your grill to high heat.
Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Season both sides of the steak with kosher salt and black pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over the steak and rub it in to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped parsley until well combined.
Once the grill is hot, place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving it.
Flip the steak and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the time to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the steak against the grain and serve topped with the garlic lime butter.
